Scoring issue in SumTotal 7.2 w/ CP4

Help!?I just published an entire curriculum and realized that if a user leaves a course before they are finished they are being marked as failed.

Using Captivate 4 with SumTotal 7.2

The quiz settings are:

Scorm 1.2

Report status: pass/fail

Report to LMS as Percent

Report data:?tried both Quiz results only and Quiz results and slide views

Reporting level: Report score

Anyone else have this issue or any ideas on what I can check.?Unfortunately, I really have no support here and our LMS admins are able to assist me with trouble shooting.

I have another course that was Captivate 3 that tracks successfully.

Scoring issue in SumTotal 7.2 w/ CP4

I'm not using the same LMS, but have better results with Complete/incomplete (instead of Pass/Fail). What was the percentage needed to pass? Check in the SCO-settings if the same Mastery Score is set as in the Quiz preferences.
