Adobe Presenter not intergrated into...

We've just purchased and installed a copy of Adobe Pro Extended 9 which includes Adobe Presenter.?However, when I open Powerpoint there is no sign of Presenter integration.

Running Acrobat Pro Extended 9 on Win32, Powerpoint 2003.

Thanks.

Adobe Presenter not intergrated into...

Adobe Presenter is not installed by default --?it's a separate option in the Windows installer (even if you use 'full install' for Acrobat). Once it is installed, you'll see the Presenter menu in Powerpoint and a sample PPT file on your desktop.

Adobe Presenter not intergrated into...

Go to the PowerPoint Options. Clcik on Add-ins.

[Edit]Where it says Manange: Select Disabled Items, click the go button. Select Presenter, then click the enable button.

Where it says Manage:?set for COM Add-ins. Click the Go Button.

Then in the ensuing dialog box, check the box that corresponds to the Adobe

Presenter PowerPoint COM Addin, then click the OK button.

I've installed presenter from the Acrobat DVD, I see in my Vista Business x64 start menu under Adobe ''Adobe Presenter''. In PowerPoint 2007 I went to Disabled and Presenter was listed, I selected it and enabled it (now when I go back to disable nothing is listed - this is good), I went to Add-ins, Presenter is NOT listed, I selected COM Add-ins and clicked GO, presenter is NOT listed (a bunch of stuff is listed but not Presenter). If I click on the Add button a window opens for ''C:\Users\jgt\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns'', nothing is listed in this folder. If I browse to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Presenter 7 folder I don't know what I should be looking for.

I've installed patch 701, 702, but 705 will not install I get a ''Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library'' error ''This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.'' and it points to the folder where I have the 705 update stored. I copied the update file to the C root level, it still fails but does not give me the ''Microsoft Visual C'' window.
