I have a fillable PDF Form聽 document Propertie says聽 edit = allowed.

But I could not able to fill form. when the pointer聽 points on box field聽 pointer聽 would not change to ''I'' position.

how can i fill the pdf. file form

Add form fields or use the typewriter tool.

You say it is fillable, but if the hand does not change to an I-bar it does not have fields to fill in and is NOT fillable. It just looks fillable.
