Recomended bandwidth requirements

Hello we are looking at using 3 way video conferencing at 3 sites which currently have quite bad connections and I need to put forward a proposal for upgrade. What would be the bandwidth requirements for 3 way video conferencing with ConnectNow?

Thank you for considering ConnectNow!

I'm going to refer you to a few pages of documentation - the first is minimum system requirements for all of Acrobat.com.

ConnectNow allows you and your participants to choose their bandwidth setting to help the service perform optimally. By default, ConnectNow detects the connection speed of each attendee in a meeting. Adobe recommends that attendees leave the automatic connection speed detection setting on. If necessary, though, attendees can manually configure their connection speeds. Changing individual connection speed is useful, for example, if attendees are experiencing a time lag with a shared screen or choppy video in the Webcam pod.

Finally, should anyone run into trouble, here are our Tips for using ConnectNow.

Basically, higher bandwidth will improve performance, but ConnectNow was designed with the average setup in mind.
