I have added audio to a project then I added closed captions. Everything is saying the captions are there but they will not display on my finsihed project, what am I forgetting to do or what am I missing out on.
I have only added the cc to the slide audio following the directions in the various help files and forums.
Any suggestions?

I have a silly question or two for you.
1. Did you ensure to add the CC button to the playback control?

2. And once you did that, when you played the file, were you certain to click it to actually view the Closed Captioning?
Your post reads as if all you did was add the CC part and maybe you just expected it to magickally show up after that. But there are other things you have to do.

Blame it on the noob I did all the right things, yes I even added the cc to the playback control.
Then I promptly removed playback control so people couldn't skip around my e-learning program!! Instead of deselecting all the other program controls.
